Orders placed before our daily cutoff are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel ships.
United States: 2–5 business days (standard ground).
International: 5–12 business days depending on destination. Express options are available at checkout where offered.
Standard ground shipping is free on US orders over $150. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If your parcel is held at customs, our support team will assist you with the documentation and clearance process.
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos — we will reship or refund immediately.
