How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before our daily cutoff are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination, with tracking provided on every parcel.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries. Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent once your parcel is dispatched. You can also contact us with your order number at any time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay) through our secure payment partner Airwallex. Card details are entered on a secure payment page and are never stored on our website.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Airwallex with PCI-DSS compliant encryption. We never see or store your full card number.
Are discounts applied automatically?
Current promotions are applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. One coupon per order.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reship the correct item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
