Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a return address.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reship the correct item or issue a full refund — shipping costs included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products unless the product is defective.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.

5. How to Initiate a Return
